(1) While nominating representative on behalf of workers in the Labour Relation Committee, it shall be nominated by Trade Union in case there exists a Trade Union in the Enterprise level and in case there is not such union; the workers shall have to nominate their representatives.
(2) While nominating representatives of workers in the Labour Relation Committee pursuant to Sub-rule (1), it shall be done in away of having equal representation of all sorts of workers.
